Terms & Policies:
- Services requested must be legal and ethical.
- Services after 6pm, Sundays or holidays will be at 1.5 hourly rate.
- Insurance restrictions prohibit us to transport anyone.
- Services are performed on a first come, first serve basis and booking in advance is highly recommended.
- Time will be calculated from when the coordinator leaves the office until the service is completed.
- Your privacy is very important. All personal information will be used for the sole purpose of providing services requested unless client agrees to release information.
-Out-of-Town errand service: all expenses will be collected in advance, item/s must be legal, we are not responsible if third party does not have your item in stock, you must be available by phone or email for any concerns that may arise during service, items that can be brought back vs postal service will depend on weight, size, accessibility etc.
